How to lock the computer desktop wallpaper

    STEP 2 To lock the desktop wallpaper in Windows 7:
    1. Click the Start button, type gpedit.msc in the Search box and program files, and then press Enter.
    2. After sticking out the window Local Group Policy Editor Navigate to: User Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> Desktop -> Desktop.
    3. Click on the Desktop wallpaper and click Policy Settings.

    1. After sticking a new window, click 'Enabled' then click Apply.
    We can also specify a file to be used as wallpaper remained, boxed Wallpaper Name option, enter the location for the file: For example, the file is located in c: \ windows \ web \ wallpaper \ home.jpg
