Top 10 keyboard shortcuts we need to know




sometimes using shortcuts on the keyboard faster than should use the click of a mouse. The following are 10 ways in keyboard shortcuts suggested known by all computer users:

Ctrl + C or Ctrl + Insert
Copy highlighted text or a selected item.
Ctrl + V or Shift + Insert
Paste text or object that is in the clipboard.
Ctrl + Z and Ctrl + Y
Undo the changes. For example, if you cut text, pressing this button will cancel it. It can also often be pressed multiple times to undo the changes a few times as well. Pressing Ctrl + Y will re-do the undo.
Ctrl + F
Open the Find in any program. This includes your Internet browser to find text on the current page.
Alt + Tab or Alt + Esc
Quickly switch between open programs.
F1
Open support for the program you enter.
Ctrl + P
Print what is being displayed in programs such as Microsoft Word or your Internet browser.
Ctrl + Left arrow / Right arrow
Move the cursor one word at a time instead of one character at a time. If you want to highlight one word at a time you can press Ctrl + Alt and then press the left or right arrow key to move one word at a time in any direction while highlighting each word.
Ctrl + Home / End
Move the cursor to the beginning or end of the document.
Page Up / Page Down and the Space bar
